About Us
Caribbean Land & Property started life as a small website for promoting real estate in the British Virgin Islands. The website was originally created by Design Management Limited, a project management and design company, and their sister company, CPMD Limited, who were leading specialists in the Caribbean website design.
From just a handful of properties in 2004, the website has steadily grown, and now is the largest website for Caribbean real estate, with approx. 2,000 properties valued at around US$2Billion, in 28 countries around the Caribbean and Central America.
Caribbean Land & Property are licensed real estate agents in Dominica and work closely with other real estate agents throughout the Caribbean to provide a single source for anyone searching for Caribbean real estate.
Whilst we have become the leading web based Caribbean real estate agents, with over 70,000 unique visitors per month, we continue to offer our clients a friendly and personal service, and where requested, will also offer expert advice on land development, or the construction or design of a Caribbean home.
In 2010 we added Project Funding to our services, and now provide funding on a wide range of projects from US$25M upwards. We can also offer Land Monetization and other financial packages including wealth generation for clients with US$1M and upwards.
2010 also saw an expansion of our financial services section which offers the fast formation of offshore companies in several Caribbean jurisdictions, as well as economic citizenship packages. We are also pleased to offer tourist services within the Caribbean, with several exciting travel and adventure packages.

Stewart Andrews - Managing Director / Property Sales
Stewart started life as a design engineer and in his early twenties formed his first company providing engineering and architectural design for numerous projects throughout the North of England.
In 1983 he took time off to design a build a yacht and then sailed to Portugal, Spain and Madeira, before sailing across the Atlantic and up through the Caribbean islands. In 1987 he settled in the British Virgin Islands, and formed Design Management Limited a company that was responsible for the design and project management of luxury homes and the project management of several major projects for the British Government and BVI Government. Caribbean Land and Property was started in 2004 and in 2006 with the company quickly growing, Stewart relocated to Dominica - and loves it !!

Katie Sosna - Financial Services Director Katie Sosna, who is originally from England, has many years experience in the offshore financial sector, specifically advising clients on the formation of offshore companies, offshore banking and economic citizenship, to ensure that their assets are properly protected.
Katie who now lives is Dominica, enjoys assisting companies, individuals and families with their applications to obtain a second passport, or with the formation of offshore companies and bank accounts for asset protection and tax planning purposes.

| Olivier Morange - French Caribbean Property Advisor
Olivier who holds both French and Saint Lucian Nationality, is fluent in French, Spanish and Creole. Following an education in both St. Lucia and France Olivier chose a career in catering and hospitallity services, holding various positions from chef up to hotel manager.
Whilst real estate is a change, Oliviers language skills, his warm personality and his childhood spent in the Caribbean are a huge asset to his client seeking a property in the French Caribbean. | |

Naomie Salinas Rosales - Website Supervisor
Naomie, who was raised and educated in the Philippines, was an honours student and graduated from high school, but without the necessary financial resources was unable to attend college and has since taught herself many skills, using the internet and non-stop reading of a wide variety of books.
Having held several local positions, Naomie joined Caribbean Land and Property in May 2011 and has quickly become a valuable and much appreciated member of our staff.

| Aline E. Pabico - Website Administrator Aline who has a BA in Psychology, attended various courses after leaving university, and followed a career in administration and human resourses postin the chemical industry.
In 2000, she set up her own business which she continues to run in her spare time whilst working for Caribbean Land and Property in website and personel administration. Aline feels that her new job is an exciting opportunity to utilize her skills to the fullest in a highly competitive commercial environment. | |

Michelle Kohli - Caribbean Vacation Director
Michelle Kohli, who speaks English, French and Spanish, has twenty years experience in tourism, working in travel agencies, car rental companies, airlines, GDS, and hotels. Michelle, holds a tourism administration diploma from the Institut de Tourisme et d'Hôtellerie du Québec and both the basic and advanced diplomas from IATA.
Over the last 3 years Michelle has managed her own travel business and in her spare time has travelled extensively, including several months living and travelling in the Caribbean to learn more about the various islands. Michelle enjoys the new technologies that allow her to provide tourism services over the internet, meeting people and both learning about and visiting new destinations.

Pascual Bilotta - Graphic Designer
Pascual Bilotta is a graphic designer from Argentina, presently based in Barcelona, Spain. Pascual has worked for Caribbean Land and Property and CPMD Limited, from the beginning, designing the brand and the website.
Pascual says "I love working on and visiting this website, particularly because of the amazing images it has. When I see all these incredible places, I can almost feel the colours and the warmth of the Caribbean.
