Caribbean Land and Property started in 2004 as a small website for the promotion of real estate in the British Virgin Islands and has grown over the past few years to the largest website for Caribbean real estate, with approx. 1,000 properties in 30 different countries around the Caribbean.

Caribbean Job Opportunities - French Properties Advisor

This job may be done from your home, provided that you have a computer and reliable high speed internet connection.

Specification
We are seeking a person who is fluent in both written and spoken French and English. You will also need to be an excellent communicator, and preferably have experience in real estate. The job requires that you will work closely with French and English speaking clients seeking property in the French islands of Martinique, Guadeloupe and St. Martin and also work closely with the French speaking agents in these countries to make all necessary arrangements for clients to view properties.  In addition you will be required to translate text for tfrench property listings into English.

Hours and Payment
This is a part time/ spare time position, initially requiring an average of not less than 8 hours per week. The pay will be based purely on commissions.

We are seeking motivated experienced real estate broker, preferably living in the Caribbean or with experience of the Caribbean.

We are seeking a person who is fluent in both written and spoken English, other langiages would be an advantage. You will also need to be an excellent communicator, and preferably have experience in real estate. The job requires that you will work closely with our clients seeking property in the Caribbean and assist them in finding the correct property, make all necessary arrangements for clients to view the property and liase with agents selling the properties.

This is pretty much a full flexi-time position. The pay will be based purely on commissions.

We are seeking dynamic and motivated person to manage our Destinations website.

The Destinations section of our website specialises in finding accommodation, hire cars and other related services for visitors to the Caribbean.

This is a partnership position within the company, where you would be responsible for this important section of our website, which is fully constructed and ready waiting for someone to take charge and build it into a major business.

The ideal candidate will have a wide range of skills and be experienced in sales, marketing, communication, and general management, as well as having some experience in building or maintaining a website.  Foreign language skills and a good knowledge of the Caribbean would be an distinct advantage.

This position has no age limit, but the work is likely to be demanding (at least initially) and would best suit someone who has the above attributes and who can work long hours.

Hours and Payment
This is a full time partnership position, with profit sharing from the Destinations website income.
