Happy Christmas and a Happy New Year to all our readers.

We hope that the next year brings a lot more people to our Caribbean shores whether just to visit or to invest in property. We are here to help and advise. We have only just started our blog on the website and hope that we get a lot of in put from our readers in the year ahead.

It is my husband and my first Christmas in Dominica, we are looking forward to celebrating with a lot of the friends we have made throughout the year. We also have a puppy that we bred called Tipe, Tippy for short, whose first Christmas on Earth it is, so celebrations all the way around.

We are putting in a photo of 'Tippy'.
