The roof to the hotel is Aluzinc, with factory applied fade resistant white coating. The jalousie windows are glazed with aluminum inner frames with internal insect screens and venetian blinds. The 1st & 2nd floors are treated Honduras Pine with ceramic tile used on the ground floor.

The hotel is connected for mains electricity and internet and has a private well and septic tank.
