There are currently 450 producing guava trees on the farm, producing a total of approximately 320 pounds of fruit per week.
This organic farm produces a large quantity of this fruit almost all year round. The fruit is currently sold on the markets of Belize and in supermarkets and service stations.
The trees are pruned to keep them short and easily accessible. They are mulched with chicken manure and sawdust. All the fruit are wrapped in special bags from early on to avoid insects and sunburn. |

There are 26 chinese plum trees on the property that produce for about 6 months of the year.
Total production per week is approximately 150 pounds of fruit.
These trees are covered with netting prior to fruiting to avoid insect infestation.
The fruit are sold on the local markets in Belize and in some stores and service stations.

There are a total of 1200 pitahaya trees on the property that produce every 7 months to one year. During the season approx. 1000 pounds of fruit is harvested per week.
The Pitaya, also known as the dragon fruit is a member of the cactus family and originally comes from Mexico, Central and South America.
These vining cactus plants are grown on wooden trelisses and mulched with sawdust and chicken manure. The ripe fruit are sold throughout Belize and are especially popular with the Chinese community. |

There are 10 producing starfruit trees on the property that produce around 8 months out of the year, with approx. 150 pounds of fruit harvested per week.
The trees are mulched and pruned but otherwise not much work is required with this tree.
The variety grown is one of the sweet varieties and is therefore more popular for eating raw. The fruit is sold in the local markets.

This organic farm also grows wax apples, which are pear shaped fruit with waxy skin and crispy flesh similar to the malay apple.
These trees are mulched and pruned and all the fruit clusters are wrapped in special bags to avoid insect infestation.

There are also numerous other types of fruit trees on the property although just a few trees of each. These include mango, cherimoya, and lychee.
There is also a vegetable garden in which are grown string beans, tropical asparagus, wax gourds, cucumber, celery, lettuce, coco yams, onions, chives and sorose. The vegitables are mainly for use by the farm, although excess is sold on the local markets. There are also numerous different palm trees on the property and the owner has also planted a few stands of bamboo. |

This organic farm is situated roughly one mile off the Western Highway down all weather Young Gal Road and with road frontage.
Piped water and electricity are hooked up already and cell phone service is available.
The capital city of Belmopan is the nearest city in Belize and is approximately 7 miles away.
