The Reservation Fee is US $10,000 on signing the Reservation Agreement.
50% or US $5,000 is non-refundable.
50% or US $5,000 is refundable for the first 15 days; after this the reservation fee is non-refundable.

Under the terms of the purchase and sale agreement, the purchase price agreed will be payable on the following basis:
20% of the agreed price, less the reservation fee, on signing the preliminary contract;
20% of the agreed price on the laying of the foundation;
20% of the agreed price on the completion fo the roof;
15% of the agreed price on enclosure of the house;
20% of the agreed price on practical completion;
5% of the agreed price onsigning the deed of sale.
